The principles and definitions applicable to the collection of statistical data on performance, transactions and fraud | Template for FCA Applications

We will collect and store the following data electronically for the purposes of knowing who uses and how they use our systems and services, analysing and improving performance, and to minimise fraud. Data will be collected on an ongoing basis, as it becomes available to us.

Data on customers:
Name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, password (encrypted), memorable information (encrypted), ID details, copies of documents used to open accounts, photographs.

Data about transactions:
Amount, sender’s details, recipient’s details, date, time, sender’s account details, sender’s payment institution, recipient’s account details, recipient’s payment institution, currency.

We will not sell or share the collected data with anyone unless required by law.
