The Conduct of Business requirements and principles as set out in our Conduct of Business Policy, are covered throughout our Compliance Program in the controls, systems and procedures that we have developed and maintain to comply with the specific COBS regulations.

5.2 Conduct of Business Obligations (COBS 2)
The company understands that it has strict obligations under the regulatory Conduct of Business Sourcebook modules, for which we have set our aims and objectives in out Conduct of Business Policy.
Our COBS obligations are echoed throughout our Compliance Program, where we have paid specific attention to Financial Promotions, Distance Marketing, Cancellations, Client Communication and Reporting; by creating policies and procedures that both guide our staff and support them in the compliance functions and regulated activities undertaken.
